What the service is
Zionballaggregates camp, clinic and open-workout listings published by NCAA Division I softball programs, and models each program's expected recruiting need by position and class year from that program's own public roster history. Listings come from each program's own pages and can change or be withdrawn by the program at any time; always confirm details with the program before travelling.
Estimates are estimates
A predicted recruiting need is a model's estimate, not a statement by any program. A fit-match score is a similarity score between your statistics and the players a program has recruited; it is not a probability of an offer and no program has endorsed it. Nothing on this site is a promise of recruitment.
Accounts and age
You may browse without an account. An account is required to follow schools, save camps, build a profile or subscribe. Most players here are under 18; a player under 18 must have a parent or guardian who is aware of the account, and a parent or guardian may create and link their own account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what is done with your account.
Plans
- Free — 30 camps at a time, alerts from up to 3 schools, the player profile and toolkit, and predicted need for the 3 programs with the soonest camps.
- Basic — $9.99 per month: every camp, predicted need at every program modelled, same-day alerts from up to 25 schools, unlimited resumes.
- Elite — $19.99 per month: everything in Basic plus a fit-match score against every program modelled, the camp rankings, and alerts from up to 50 schools.
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. On the website, billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel from your Billing page at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. In the iPhone app, a plan bought through Apple is managed and cancelled through your Apple account, and Apple's terms govern that purchase. Refunds are handled by whichever company took the payment.
Coaches and families
A coach account may create teams and invite families; a family may invite its coach. A coach sees a player's recruiting information only after both sides have accepted, and only the fields shown on the acceptance screen. Statistics a coach uploads are attributed to that coach and may be disputed by the player. A team a family has joined can be archived by its coach but not deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or republish the catalog or the predictions; do not attempt to access another account's data; do not use the contact form or invitations to send unsolicited mail. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can delete your account, and everything it holds, at any time from Account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions; the deletion page tells you which applies to yours.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Zionball is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a listing or an estimate, including travel to a camp that is changed or cancelled by the program, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
